Add Mass Inventory Update Users
Users must be assigned rights to have access to the Mass Inventory Update button on the Inventory Management template. Select the field below the Last Name column of the grid. A picklist of users opens. Select a user and select OK. The user’s Last Name, First Name and UserID enter the fields below the grid. Select Add to save the user to the grid. Enable Mass Inventory Update Feature

A user with inactive Mass Inventory Update rights can be restored to the active list. Select the Inactive option above the grid. Select the user in the grid. Select the Toggle button. View Inactive Mass Inventory Update Users

Mass Inventory Update
Use the Mass Inventory Update panel to enable mass inventory updates and configure user rights to perform mass updates. A user with mass update rights can use an excel spreadsheet of inventory, suppliers, and manufacturers to update several medications at one time rather than updating each medication individually. When the Use Mass Inventory Update check box is marked, users who have mass inventory update rights see the Mass Inventory Update check box under the Inventory grid on the Inventory Management template. Inactivate a Vendor
You cannot completely remove a vendor entry from the grid, but you can mark the vendor as inactive, to keep your list With the grid filtered to Active, select the vendor that you want to remove from the active list. Select the Toggle button above the grid. The vendor moves to the inactive list. To view inactive vendors, select the Inactive option above the grid. Parent topic: Vendor Setup
