Add Options to the Position Picklist

You can add options for the Position field on the MICS Med Management template. Before you begin You must ensure that the procedure types, body parts, and sides are configured for the MICS Med Management template. On the Medication Picklist template, expand the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. Note: By default, the Active option is selected above the grids in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. In the Position section, do the following: In the field below the Location column, enter the description of the location to be added. In the field below the Code column, enter the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code of the procedure. Note: By default, the CPT code for the selected procedure type is automatically filled. Select Add.The location is added to the position grid. Manage Procedure Types

You can add and update options for the Administration and Admin Code fields on the MICS Med Management template. Select the appropriate body part from the body parts grid. The side grid is automatically filled with the options configured for the MICS Med Management template. To add a procedure type, do the following in the Procedure Types section. In the field below the ProcedureType column, type the description of the procedure. In the field below the Code column, type the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code of the procedure. Select Add.The procedure type is added to the procedure types grid. To update a procedure type, do the following in the Procedure Types section. Select the procedure to be updated from the procedure types grid.The description and the CPT code are automatically filled in their respective fields appearing below the procedure types grid.
