GCISPREMATURE Growth Percentage Function

    Date to check for premature growth data. Defaults to current encounter date. 
<<gestweeks>>
    Gestational age at birth in weeks. 
<<gestdays>>
    Gestational age at birth in days. 
    If gestweeks and gestdays values are not provided, they lookup this information referred in System Administrator > Universal Preferences > Graphing > Gestational Age - Days and Gestational Age - Weeks.

For example, a baby is born on April 4th 2017, with a gestational age of 34 weeks. This baby is considered premature since its gestational age at birth was less than 37 weeks and returns 1.

Once the patient goes above 50 weeks of gestational age, the function call GCISPREMATURE would return a 0.
