Update a Communication Panel Item
You can change any of the settings for a communication panel item.
In the
Panel Items
tab of the
Edit Panel
window, select a panel item.
The properties for the selected panel item appear. You can view the properties in a
If necessary, enter a new panel item name in place of the current one in the
Name
box.
This name also replaces the existing name in the
Items
section.

Do not use an existing panel item name.

Remove a Communication Panel Item
In the Items section of the Edit Panel window, select a panel item. Select Remove. The Remove window appears, requiring you to confirm the action. Select Yes to remove the panel item, or select No to retain it. If you select Yes, the panel item and its properties are removed from the database and are not displayed in the Items section. You can change any of the communication profile settings. You should not use an existing profile name and profile description. On the Profiles window, select the profile. The properties for the selected profile appear in the Properties section. You can view the properties in a categorized or alphabetical list. If necessary, enter a new profile name in place of the current one in the Name box. Enter a new profile description in place of the current one in the Description box.
