Manage Template Properties
Always review the existing fields tab order after you create a new template. Make any necessary changes to the default fields tab order. Open the Template Properties window.The Fields Tab Order tab appears by default. In the Fields Tab Order tab, do the following: Select a field. To move the field up or down in order, select the Up or Down button. To move the field to the top or the bottom in order, select the Top or Bottom button. In the Font and Color tab, do the following: To change just the font size, select the Size up or down arrow to select a new size. From the Style list in the Font and Color tab, select the new style. To change the entire font, select Font to display the Font window. Select the font, font style, and size. If applicable, you can select another language script. To close the window and save your selections, select OK. Note: Arial Regular, 8 points, is the standard default. From the Text list in the Font and Color tab, select one of the standard colors. Create a Custom Color
You can modify an existing color or create a new color. From the Text or Bkgnd list in the Font and Color tab, select Custom Color. The Color window opens. Perform one of the following: Select the color you want to use, and then select OK. The Text box displays the color, the Bkgnd box displays the color, and the Sample window shows text characters in that color. Select Define Custom Colors>>. The custom color palette window opens. Enter the settings for Red, Green, Blue, Hue, Saturation, and Luminescence, or use the slider to select a custom color. To modify an existing color, select the Basic or Custom color you want to use as a starting point and adjust the settings. The new color you create appears in the Color/Solid box. To add the color to the Custom colors swatches, select Add to Custom Colors. To select the new custom color, select it, and then select OK to close the Color window. Template Properties
You can set up the following template properties: The Fields Tab Order tab enables you to set up the order for tabbing through template fields. Unless you enter a specific order, Template Editor default tab order to the sequence in which the fields were created. The Font and Color tab enables you to set the Template font, font style, size, default text color for all newly created labels on the template, and template background color. The Background Image tab enables you to display a background image on a template in high resolution (more than 256 colors) or in low resolution (256 colors) and set the background image preference in horizontal and vertical position. The Preferences tab enables you to set up preferences for the Use Alias template, Sidebar template, Popup template toolbars, Template size, and Collapsible panels on your templates. Create a Run Command
On the Run Commands window, you can create run command to customize the controls such as radio buttons, text fields, buttons, and checkboxes of the required NextGen Adaptive Content Engine template. Open Template Editor. On the main toolbar, select Run Commands .The Run Commands window opens. To insert the command, do one of the following: Enter { in the Command section to display the list of available functions and select the required function. Do the following: From the Action list, select the required action script. Select the ellipsis button to display the calculate window. Select or modify the required fields. Select OK. Select color from the list. Select Apply. Note: The command is displayed in the Command field. In the Details section, select Add. Under the Conditions section, enter the required conditions in the tabs. Note: Conditions use standard trigger condition syntax. Checked decides whether a menu item has a checked status shown on it. View or Change Server Properties
Select the Server List tab in the NextGen® Background Business Processor Manager. Highlight a server in the list. Select Servers > Open to access the Server Properties window.
