Resize a Field
Select the field you want to resize. A frame with handles for the field object appears, and the cursor shape becomes a four-way arrow. Select and drag a handle on the field frame in or out until you reach the required size. The cursor shape changes to a double arrow. To size the frame proportionately, drag a corner handle. Move Fields

Space Fields

Align Fields
Select SHIFT or CTRL as you select each field. A frame for each field object appears and the cursor shape becomes a four-way arrow. To align all of the selected fields according to the position of the field selected last, select the Align Left, Align Right, Align Top, or Align Bottom button. Set General Properties for Multiple Fields
You can set certain properties at the same time for multiple fields of the same or different field type on the General Field Properties window. Do one of the following: Select the first field, and select CTRL as you select the other fields. When all the fields are selected, right-click, and then select Properties from the shortcut menu. Select SHIFT as you select each field, and from the View menu, select Properties. The General Field Properties window opens. You can set the following properties depending on applicability to the selected field types: To hide the field when the template is opened, select the Hidden check box. To enable the label through tabbing, select the Tab Stop check box. To set the size manually, select the Auto Size check box. To enable the Click and List Pick events and resulting actions at run time, select the Enable Click check box. To copy data from one encounter to another, select the Copy Data Forward check box. Visualize Field Properties
To visualize all field properties on a template, open the template. From the Main toolbar, select Visualize Properties. All fields on the template are visualized. To turn off visualization for a specific field, leave Visualize Properties on, select the field that you no longer want to visualize, and then select another field.
