View Reconciliation History for Results

The Reconciliation History tab displays the history of actions performed when you select the Confirm button in the Results tab. The Reconciliation History tab reports all confirmed actions on items in the Import section, except the None action which is not logged. Actions performed on items in the EHR does not log. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. From View, select Clinical Reconciliation. The Clinical Reconciliation window opens. In the Documents pane, select one of the C-CDA document. Select the Reconciliation History tab. The reconciliation history for the selected document appears. The columns include Date, Performed by, Action Performed, Clinical Type, and Clinical Description. Select a column header to change the sort order. The default is the latest date when an action was performed. To view details about the action performed, select the Expand icon of the action. Replace Action in the Import Section

You can perform the replace action in the Import section. View the Clinical Reconciliation Results tab. Note: For more information on viewing the Clinical Reconciliation Results tab, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Orders Module User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. To replace an existing item in the patient’s chart, select Replace. The Select Existing window opens. Select the item in the Existing EHR Data section and select OK. In the EHR section, the Clinical Reconciliation module automatically matches the selected item to its counterpart in the Import section. Note: In the Existing EHR Data section, all the results appear only if the source is C-CDA. Select Confirm. The success message appears and the results appear in the EHR section. The Results tab displays the Provider and Patient information section, EHR section, Import section, and Reconciliation Summary section. Results Tab in Clinical Reconciliation The EHR section displays information stored in the patient's chart and the result appears only if it has the result value and the status is final or corrected. The orders are grouped with the order number, encounter date and time and have a two-level hierarchy that is for the panel and the component. Note: The Lab order type results appears in the EHR section. The source is Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) in the EHR section, if you perform any actions like add and replace because these are the records from C-CDA. If you add any results which are of status final or corrected, then the status appears with provider name along with performing entity for source. The Import section displays information from the selected document and all the results are from C-CDA. Only the final status results appear

View the Clinical Reconciliation Results Tab

You can view the lab results in the Clinical Reconciliation window which allows you to reconcile patient's results. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. From the View menu, select Clinical Reconciliation. The Clinical Reconciliation window opens. In the Documents pane, select the C-CDA document. In the Import tab, select Results. The results are grouped based on the order number and date and time and displays the following columns: component name, result, units, reference range, abnormal flags, observation date/time, status, comments, and source. The values of the selected C-CDA documents appears in the Import section. The EHR section displays the results if it has the result value and the status is final or corrected. Clinical Reconciliation Results

You can import the results data from the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA). You can import and reconcile results received from an external C-CDA to the Orders module. An audit record logs in Advance Audit when you modify user permission, reconcile the lab result or create a reference order.
