Sign Off Comments Document

The Sign Off Comments document provides a summary of all PAQ sign-off comments for the selected encounter by date and time.

You can generate the Sign Off Comments document on an unlocked or locked encounter. On a locked encounter, the document is generated offline and saved as an addendum. The document must be generated within the encounter that contains the signed-off item with comments.

To generate and print a document with sign-off comments from the Communication Component on the NextGen Adaptive Content Management (formerly NextGen® KBM) Telephone Communication template, you must import the sign_off_comments.ndx file.
