Configure Enterprise Preferences for HQM Clinical Quality Reporting

To configure Enterprise Preferences for HQM Clinical Quality Reporting, you must enter the HQM API Authentication Key for access to the HQM-to-EHR reporting interface. The HQM API URL (Internet address) is also required but is prefilled. You can make reporting available to all or only certain practices in the enterprise. Set group operations rights in System Administrator to control user access to HQM Clinical Quality reports. Note: In Enterprise Preferences, you can set up both Population Health Sync and Clinical Quality Reporting, but you can select only one of these reporting features at a time to view in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The settings are retained if you switch from one reporting option to the other. HQM Clinical Quality Reporting Audit Events

Audit events are created when the following actions occur: A provider adds or removes delegates on the Select CQR Delegates for <name of logged on> Provider window under Clinical Quality Reporting user preferences in NextGen® Enterprise. A user modifies the Clinical Quality Reporting right for Administrator View in System Administrator. A user modifies the Clinical Quality Reporting right for View Clinical Quality Reporting in System Administrator. Setting up the Provider Relationship

When a user is set up in System Administrator, the Provider Relationship settings on the user's General tab identifies the association between the user and provider roles. To have access to the HQM Provider Clinical Quality report, the Provider Relationship role must be set to Self for an HQM-enrolled provider. A provider may also choose an associated user, such as a nurse, as a delegate to view the HQM Provider Clinical Quality report.
