To use the eRx Certificate Manager IdenTrust Only utility, you must have the following installed and configured:

• NextGen® database
• Permissions for the database you plan to update
• NextGen® Enterprise EHR
• eRx Certificate Manager package
• At least 29.5 MB of free disk space
