You can create and generate a report for Significant Events. Create a Significant Event Report

From the Main menu, select File > Reports > Significant Events. The Report Filter: Significant Events window opens. Select the Columns you wish to be displayed on the report. To search for a column name, select Find. The Find window opens. Enter a search term and select Find, if there is a match, it is selected in the list. To locate another instance of your search term, select Find Next. Select Filter 1 tab. Select the Create Date and Event Source to include. Repor Filter Select the Filter 2 tab. Specify additional criteria as needed. Report Filter Select the Practices tab. Select the Practices for which you want to generate Significant Event report. If necessary, select Open to display the Practices window. Select Creator tab. Select the user for which you want to generate Significant Event report. If necessary, select Open to display the User Name window. Select Sig Events Msgs tab. Select Open to display Significant Events Message window. Search for and select pertinent Significant

View Significant Events for Charge Discounts

You can view significant events for charge discounts from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab Significant Events Report To view the significant events for charge discounts in Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Chart. The Patient Lookup window opens. Enter Search Criteria to locate the desired patient. Select Find. All existing persons and patients that match the search criteria display in the Matching Records section of the window. In the Matching Records list, double-click to open the patient. The Patient Chart window opens. Select the Clinical History/Notes tab. Select History, and then select Encounters. The section on the right displays significant event messages for all encounters. Each message includes Date/Time, Creator, and Description information. Messages related to charge discounts include the following: Patient Discount [Transaction Code] Created Patient Disc
