Run CCHIT Reports

Once you have completed the installation and setup, you are able to run the CCHIT Reports. Access NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the Main menu, select File > System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select CCHIT Audit Reports template. If necessary, select All option to display all available System Templates. Select Template Select OK. The CCHIT Audit Report template displays. CCHIT Audit Report Select the button for the CCHIT Report you wish to run. The Enter Values window opens. Enter Values Make any needed selections. Select OK. About CCHIT Reports

In order to comply with the requirements of the CCHIT Certification, NextGen® Enterprise EHR includes patient chart and security auditing capability by using a set of standard reports. The following reports are included with the package: Advanced Directives Review Hx Chart Access Chart Creation Chart Update Deleted Allergy Demographic Audit Document Print Document Print with Patient Name Group Permission Change Image Addition Signoff User Creation Locked Encounters Login Attempts Order Tracking Password Criteria Patient Appointment List Patient Lookup Prescription Renewal Prescription Stop Resolved Allergy Session Timeout Signoff Report Signoff Report B System Administrator Audit 1 System Administrator Audit 2 Patients Alerts CCHIT Patients with PHI Log Popup RxPrint or Fax Report Your organization should review these reports, determine which ones are applicable to you and set up appropriate auditing and reporting protocols.
