Appointment Book Tab Filter Details

Filters	Description
Locations	You can select one or more locations to filter patients for display in the patient grid. If you have not selected a location, then location options in the list default to locations associated with the practice you have selected at the time of log in. You can change the default location and select more than one location. When you close and return to the application, the previously selected locations in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub are available.
Date	You can set appointment date range to filter scheduled patients. Date field is the only mandatory search parameter.
Time	You can set the appointment time range to filter scheduled patients.
Resources	You can select one or more resources to filter patients. If a provider has been selected in NextGen® Enterprise, the selected provider is the default resource. The resource option default based on the location or locations selected in the Locations list. You can change the default resource and select more than one resource. When you close and return to the application, the previously selected locations in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub is available.
Events	You can select one or more event types to filter patients for display in the patient grid.

Filter Patient on Schedule Information

You can filter the patient's schedule information. You can display the patients in the patient grid depending on the patient schedule information. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, select Appointment Book. From Locations, select one or more location names. To select all the locations at a time, select LocationName. Note: The location names are listed in the ascending alphabetical order. Select LocationName to change the order. In Date, select the date range. By default, the current system date is selected or today's date is selected. In Time, select the time range. By default, 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM time is selected. From Resources, select one or more resources. To select all the resources at a time, select the check box next to Description. From the Events list, select one or more events. Patient Grid

The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, financial and next appointment details. When you run the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report, patient information appears in the patient grid. The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, patient's risk level (color-coded), patient portal enrollment status, financial information, and the next appointment details. Note: If multiple appointments are scheduled for a patient on the same day, the next immediate appointment of that day appears in the Next Appointment field when you run the report. When reports are filtered based on appointment schedule in the Appointment Book tab, the patient grid displays additional columns.
