Download Directory Path Errors

When you put in an entry for the Download Directory and try to save it, if the directory does not exist, or if you do not have permission to access that directory, an error message window appears. Settings for First Time Use of the Orders Management Console

To use the Orders Management Console, you start by selecting your desktop button, or select Orders Management Console from the NextGen application launcher. You are asked for a user log on. You should also choose your Enterprise and Practice. When you use the Orders Management Console the configuration options need to be set up (select Settings on the bottom left on the screen). When you use the Orders Management Console for the first time, if the required settings are incomplete, a warning is displayed. Note: : This warning is displayed every time the Orders Management Console is started with undefined or incomplete settings. When you select OK, you are automatically presented with the configuration Orders Management Console window where you enter the Settings to run the Compendium Management program. The minimum required settings are: Web Server URL Download Directory path The default URL displayed is the Server URL. You need to define the Download Directory and it must be a shared f

Set Up Rights for the Orders Management Console

Open System Administrator and enter your credentials. Select the practice. Select the user or user group to which you want to give Orders Management Console rights. Select the Rights tab. Select Operations to expand the list. Locate and select Orders Management Console setting. Select the Yes option in Access Rights to assign rights to the user/user group. Select Save.
