Modify an Image

You can modify previously saved images. If an encounter is locked, you cannot modify its images. If you need to modify an existing image from a locked encounter, create an addendum to the encounter and create a new image. For more information about addendums, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Layout and Preferences Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select an image. Enter all of the necessary modifications, such as: Imaging component annotations Drawing annotations Text Image rotation Electronic signature Select the Save button. Select an image. On the Information toolbar, select the PAQ Comments button. You can also access PAQ Comments from the Main menu by selecting Imaging > Provider Signoff Comments. The provider sign-off comments displayed. provider sign-off comments Parent topic: Working with Images

Rotate an Image

Select an image. On the Viewing toolbar, select the Rotate Left button or Rotate Right button. The image rotates 90 degrees in the selected direction. Repeat as necessary. The rotated image is saved when you close the image. Parent topic: Working with Images

View Who Changed a List Item in File Maintenance

Each time someone creates or modifies an item in a list in File Maintenance, the application records who and when a change was made. You can view information about the item creation and the last time the item was modified. From any open List window, double-click an item. The Modify Information window opens and Who\When appears on the window. Select Who\When. The Modification Information window opens. Select Close to return to the List window. Note: In some places, such as in the Reason Code Library Maintenance window, a smaller version of the Who\When is available. Parent topic: Using Lists

View Who Changed a Procedure

Whenever you create or modify a patient's procedure, the application records who made the change and when it was done. You can view who created and last modified any procedure. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window. On the Encounter History tab, select an existing encounter or create an encounter. On the Top Toolbar, select . The Procedures module window opens. Right-click the procedure, and select Who/When. The Modification Information window displays the name of the person who entered the procedure into the patient chart and the name of the person who last modified the selected procedure. Access the Edit Recall Plan window for the desired patient. Select the Who\When button. The Modification Information window displays the following information: Creator Creation Date & Time Last Modified By Modified Date & Time To close the Modification Information window, select the Close button.
