View Appointments for Multiple Resources

You can view appointments for multiple resources at once. Access the Appointments tab. Select the Resources list arrow available at the upper right corner. Select the check box for each resource to view the appointment schedule. The Appointments button displays the count of the appointments, and the appointments list displays the appointments for the selected resources. View Provider or Resource Appointments

If you have NextGen® Enterprise PM selected as the scheduling source, you can view appointments for providers or by resources. Note: These views are available only if you select NextGen® Enterprise PM as the scheduling source. From the Appointments menu, select View by Resource or View by Provider. The appointments list displays appointments for the selected resources or providers. View by Provider is selected by default. If the selected provider is not connected to a resource in NextGen® Enterprise PM, an error message appears. Providers are linked with resources in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Appointments

The Appointments tab of the Workflow module provides access to the daily appointments of the patients for multiple providers in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Appointments show for the selected date on the calendar. The calendar defaults to the current date. Hovering your mouse over a date on the calendar displays information about appointments scheduled for that day. Hovering your mouse over the Appointments button in the Demographics section enables you to view the list of the appointments for the selected patient or task. Appointment information includes the appointment time, room, patient name, subject, reason, status, provider or resource name, and wait time. You may select a specific view to view patient appointments by: Daily Multi-View Timeline Right-clicking an appointment provides the same options as the buttons displayed on the toolbar.
