Update Immunizations Order Information
- Access the Orders module and select the Orders Summary tab.
 - To update the clinical or vaccine information for an administered Immunizations order, right-click the order and select Update or double-click the Immunizations order.
   The Vaccine Details tab appears.
 - Select the Registry from list, if necessary.
 - Update the appropriate vaccine or clinical information, for example, add the site.
   
 - Select the appropriate Save option.
   The system sends the updated Immunizations order to the registry and updates the Registry, as required.
