Update Immunizations Order Information

  1. Access the Orders module and select the Orders Summary tab.
  2. To update the clinical or vaccine information for an administered Immunizations order, right-click the order and select Update or double-click the Immunizations order.
    The Vaccine Details tab appears.
  3. Select the Registry from list, if necessary.
  4. Update the appropriate vaccine or clinical information, for example, add the site.
  5. Select the appropriate Save option.
    The system sends the updated Immunizations order to the registry and updates the Registry, as required.
