You can turn off the spelling check for the entire practice.
- Open File Maintenance.
- Select System Master Files, and then select Practices.
The Practices List window appears.
- From the list, double-click to open the desired practice.
The Modify Practice Information window appears.
- Select Preferences.
The Practice Preferences window appears.
- From the Preferences List on the left pane, select EHR.
- Clear Enable Spell Check check box.
