Run the eRx Certificate Manager IdenTrust Only Utility
After you have downloaded and installed the update package, you must run the eRx Certificate Manager IdenTrust Only utility on your NextGen database to update the IdenTrust certificate.
- Locate the eRxCertificateManagerIdenTrustOnly folder.
The default folder location is c:\NextGenUtilities.
- Double-click the NextGen.eRx.CertificateManagerIdenTrustOnly.exe file.
The Certificate Manager IdenTrust Only window opens displaying the current certificate details with the expiration date.
- Select Select and Install New Certificate.
A window opens where you can select the new certificate.
- Select EpcsAuthenticationProxyApiClientProd and select Open.
The Certificate Manager IdenTrust Only window opens displaying the new certificate expiration date.
