Prescribed Medication History
Medication History enables you to view the history of a patient's prescribed and dispensed medications from the patient's active pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) or dispensing pharmacy. Note: To view a patient's medication history, you must enable Surescripts services, apply the medication history service level, and receive the patient's consent. Prescription History CAUTION: The eRx medication history provides information about medications prescribed only through the Surescripts network of pharmacies and therefore may not represent a complete and accurate list of medications.
