HQM Clinical Quality Reporting Audit Events

Audit events are created when the following actions occur:

• A provider adds or removes delegates on the Select CQR Delegates for <name of logged on> Provider window under Clinical Quality Reporting user preferences in NextGen® Enterprise.
• A user modifies the Clinical Quality Reporting right for Administrator View in System Administrator.
• A user modifies the Clinical Quality Reporting right for View Clinical Quality Reporting in System Administrator.
