Grant ePCS Registrar Access
- Select a user, and then on the General tab, select ePCS. 
   The ePCS Authentication and Authorization Setup window opens.
 - Select the Registrar tab.
   The Registrar tab displays the list of current users who have ePCS registrar access and the date their access was granted.
 - In the ePCS Registrar Authorization section, select the enable ePCS Registrar Access for this user option. If the user already has ePCS registrar access, this option is selected by default.
 - If necessary, activate the registrar's two-factor authentication.
   Note: At least one registrar must have two-factor authentication.
 - Close the ePCS Authentication and Authorization Setup window.
