Delete a Patient Provider
Open the
Person Information
or
Patient Information
window for the desired person or patient.
Select the
Provider
tab.
Select the row for the provider to be deleted.
Select the open menu
, and select
Delete
.
A message appears asking you to confirm if the patient provider must be permanently deleted.
To delete the provider, select
OK
.

In the Immunization Registry Information section, select the row for the registry to be deleted. Select the open menu , and select Delete.
