Custom Reports

Report Filter allows you to generate, view and print custom created reports.

Reports could be built for either a specific practice (that you used to logon to the application) or a specific enterprise (that you used to logon to the application).

The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Custom Reports use patient demographic information (such as First Name, Last Name, Gender, Address, Date of Birth, and so on) for filtering and pulling specific data from a patient's chart based on custom-build criteria, such as:

• Template data
• Diagnosis data
• Procedure data
• Allergy data
• Medication data
• Laboratory data
