The head of household displays in the
Head of Household section of the
UDS tab, and the
Head of Household and
Relationship sections of the
Relations/Roles tab.
If head of household information was added for a patient that does not yet have a chart, the following prompt appears: Relations Role Tab data will not be saved unless you create a chart. Create chart and continue?
