Remove Screening Tools Log Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, and then select Screening Tools Log from the resulting list. The existing data set records associated from the screening tools log appear in the data set grid. Select a data set item. Click Remove. Check Run-Time Result of Screening Tools Log Data Set
On the run-time Intake template, select a Specialty, and then select Office Visit. In the navigation bar, click the Screening Tools link. The Screening Tools template opens. On the Screening Tools template, do one of the following: To view the screening tools configured for the selected specialty, select Current Specialty. To view all the screening tools, select All. Note: If a specialty is not selected for an encounter, the All option is selected by default and all the screening tools appear on the Screening Tools template. From the Screening Tools Available panel, do one of the following: Click a screening tool with T indicator from the Screening Tools Available panel. Configure Screening Tools
From the Data Sets Setup template, open the Screening Tools Log Configuration template. Enter the screening tool name. Click Type and then do one of the following: To link a template, select the Template option, and then select a template in the Launch To field. To link a website, select the Web Page option, and then enter a URL in the Launch To field. Note: If you want to configure the screening tool to open on the Screening Tool template, then use the following steps. To select a specialty, do one of the following: To configure a screening tool for all specialties, retain the default selection, All. To configure a screening tool for the required specialties, select Custom, and then select the required specialties from the Specialty selection window. Select the patient’s gender, a score field type, and then enter the start and stop age. Note: If you do not specify the start and stop age, the screening template or website opens for all age groups. Screening Tools Log Data Set
You can use the Screening Tools Log data set to do the following: You can configure codified values based on the combination of gender, patient age, and score result for Quality Measure reporting. You can configure screening tools for all or the required specialties to enable you to view only the specialty-specific screening tools on the run-time Screening Tool template. You can configure the functionality of various fields and codified value of the data displayed on the Screening Tools template. You can also add, update, or delete a screening tools log configuration record. Configure Screening Tools You can configure a screening tool using the Screening Tools Log data set. Screening Tools Template Details You can use the fields, check boxes, and grids on the Screening Tools template to manage the screening tools.
