Open the Document Mapping system template. To update a configured Crystal Report, select the record that you want to edit in the Clinical Note Mapping panel. Note: All fields in the selected record are available for edit. You cannot update the type of the document, for example, you cannot change Crystal Reports to NextGen Documents or Document Management. If you try to change the type of the document, then all fields are cleared and Crystal Report record is not available for an update. Make the desired changes. Click Update. The grid displays the changes made. Click Save & Close. The record is deleted and removed from the grid. Click Save & Close. In the Clinical Note Mapping panel, you can associate Crystal Reports with a particular clinical note. The configurable Crystal Reports are listed in the Crystal Report List. Open the Document Mapping system template. In the Clinical Note Mapping panel, select Crystal Reports. To select a document, do the following. Click the Document Name arrow. The Crystal Report List window opens. Select the desired Crystal Report. Click OK. To select a visit type, do the following. Click the Visit Type (optional) arrow. The Visit Type window opens. Select the desired visit type. Click OK. To associate a clinical note, do the following: Click the Document LOINC Type arrow. The LOINC Type window opens. Select the desired Document LOINC Type. Click OK. The corresponding LOINC code appears in the LOINC field. In the Comments field, provide the reason for associating a Crystal Reports with a LOINC code.
