panel, and then select an abnormal Pap screening record.

template opens.
From the
Pap Screenings
panel, in the
Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment
grid, select a Pap screening or a treatment record, and then select
Remove
.

Save & Close

Update an Abnormal Pap and HPV Screening and Treatment
Open the Intake template. Expand the Reason for Visit panel, and then select an abnormal pap screening record. The Abnormal Pap - HPI template opens. Under the Pap Screenings panel, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, do one of the following: To modify a pap screening, select a Pap and HPV screening record, update the details in the Pap and HPV Screening section, and then select Update. To modify the treatment details, select a treatment record, update the details in the Treatment section, and then select Update. The record is updated in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid. To add the updated information to the HPI summary, select a record from the grid and then select Add to HPI. Document a Pap and HPV Treatment
The Abnormal Pap - HPI template enables you to document the Pap and HPV treatment details. Open the Intake template. Expand the Reason for Visit panel, and select a reason for visit. The Abnormal Pap – HPI template opens. From the Pap Screenings panel, in the Treatment section, select a treatment date. If the exact date is unknown, then select the Approximate performed date check box in addition to the date. Treatment section in the Pap Screenings panel Select treatments that are performed, and then select their results. Select Add To Grid. The information appears in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid. To add the treatment details to the HPI summary, select a treatment record in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, and then select Add to HPI. Document a Pap and HPV Screening
The Abnormal Pap - HPI template enables you to document, view, and track a patient’s Pap and HPV screenings and the pertinent treatments. Open the Intake template. Expand the Reason for Visit panel, and then select the abnormal pap smear link. The Abnormal Pap – HPI template opens. Abnormal Pap – HPI template Under the Pap Screenings panel, select the applicable details for Onset, Location, and Status. To quickly review the prior visit summary, select Prior Visit Summary, review the details, and close the template. In the Pap and HPV Screening section, select the Screening date field. The Historical Test – Quick Entry template opens. Select a Pap test and the date of the test, and then select OK. In Pap Results and HPV Detail, select the applicable Pap and HPV results. Select Update. The information is added to the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid. To add the documented Pap and HPV screening to the HPI summary, select the record in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid

View Lab Order Results for Abnormal Pap and HPV
Open the Intake template. Expand the Reason for Visit panel. Select the Abnormal Pap smear reason for visit option from the left pane. The Abnormal Pap smear reason for visit appears in the Reason for Visit grid. Click the Abnormal Pap smear in the Reason for Visit grid. The Abnormal Pap- HPI template opens. Expand the Lab Order Results panel to locate and view the Orders Module/Results tab details provided in the Order module. You can access a patient's Pap tests that are ordered and resulted using the Orders module. A Pap result displays in text information and does not contain specific values. The Abnormal Pap - HPI template enables you to document, view, and track a patient’s Pap and HPV screening and the pertinent treatments. Document a Pap and HPV Screening You can document information about a Pap and HPV screening performed to a patient. Document a Pap and HPV Treatment You can document information about a Pap and HPV treatment provided to a patient. Update an Abnormal Pap and HPV Screening and Treatment You can update a Pap and HPV screening and treatment record as needed. View Lab Order Results for Abnormal Pap and HPV You can view the lab order results for abnormal Pap and HPV. Modify a Pap and HPV Screening, and a Treatment Record
You can modify the information about a pap screening and treatment, as needed. On the OBGYN Synopsis template, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, select Add/Update Detail. The Pap and HPV Details template opens. Pap and HPV Details Expand the Pap Screenings panel. In the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, do one of the following: To modify a pap screening, highlight the Pap and HPV screening record you want to modify, update the details in the Pap and HPV Screening section, and then select Update. Pap Result, HPV Details and Treatment To modify the treatment details, highlight the treatment record you want to modify, update the details in the Treatment section, and then select Update.
