The grid includes a list of users along with the accessible phrase types.
Select a row in the grid.

Copy Phrases from One Provider to Another Provider
You can copy phrases that you have created from one provider to another. This ability enables mid-level providers to access phrases that can promote continuity of care. The My Phrase panel in the Custom DB Picklists system template displays a list of phrases created by the current provider and enables providers to copy the phrases to another provider. Note: In run time, you must add phrases in the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template that opens from the My Phrases or My Phrases/Common Phrases link. On the Custom DB Picklists system template, select the My Phrases panel. A list of providers and phrase types appear in the grid. Select a row. NextGen® Enterprise EHR automatically fills the User and Phrase type fields. My Phrase Do one of the following: To give another provider access to all phrases, select the Phrase type field and then select All. Delete a Phrase
Select the Manage My Phrases link. The Manage My Phrases template opens. Review the My Phrase Type. Select the List only these phrase types checkbox to filter the grid to display the current phrase type. Review the existing Phrases in the grid to see if the phrases that you need are present. Select the phrase in the lower data grid. Select Remove. The selected phrase is removed from the grid. To view deleted phrases, select the View deleted records checkbox. Remove a Specific Copied Phrase
Select the user’s name in the Copy from field. Select the phrase in the My Phrases List. The copied phrase moves back to the left-hand grid. Parent topic: Managing Phrases

Remove Copied Phrases
You can remove copied phrases from your own set of phrases. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template. Select Copy From User. The INF My Phrases Copy window opens. To remove a specific phrase, select the phrase from the My Phrases List grid. The selected phrase is moved to the User Name grid. To remove all phrases from your set that are copied from a user, select the Remove All icon. All copied phrases from the My Phrases List grid are moved to the User Name grid. Note: The phrases that do not have values in the Copied From column are created by you, and you cannot move them to the User Name grid. Parent topic: Copy Phrases

Remove All Phrases Copied from Another User
