Edit Additional Question Display Criteria

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Additional Question Display Criteria panel, select a row in the grid. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Set Up Interview Questions with Display Criteria

In the Additional Question Display Criteria panel, you can configure criteria to display additional questions in the Interview Questions panel. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Additional Question Display Criteria panel, click Group Name to select from the resulting list. To add a new group name, double-click the top-blank row in the list and type in the Group Name field. Note: Additional questions are configured in the Additional Questions to Display panel. Click Section and select a section having a list of questions configured in the Interview Questions panel. Click Question and select a question from the list of questions associated with the selected section. Click Answer and select an answer from the list of answers associated with the question. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The documented details appear in the grid. Screening Questions

You can use the Screening Questions panel to view and document patient condition. The Screening Questions panel enables you to view and document patient responses to screening questions associated with a specific condition or disease. When you first open the Care Guidelines grid view template and expand the Screening Questions panel, it appears blank. Questions do not appear until you select a guideline listed in Outstanding Guidelines. Note: A guideline must have screening questions configured in order to have screening questions display. Not all guidelines have screening questions configured, for example, health maintenance. Set Up Interview Questions Based on a Group

You can associate screening questions to a group of patients if those questions are associated to a display criteria. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Additional Questions to Display panel, click Group Name to select a name that includes the applicable question display criteria. Click Section to select a value from the resulting list. Click Question to choose from the list of questions associated with the selected section. To remove the data and start over, click the Clear button. Click Add. Save the practice template. Filter Options

The following filter options enable you to filter the questions in the grid: Filter option Action Section Displays the screening questions associated with the selected section. To clear the filter, select the top-blank row in the list. Unanswered Questions Displays all the screening questions that do not have an answer in the grid. Alert Displays all the screening questions associated with an alert message in the grid. Flagged Displays all the flagged screening questions in the grid.
