In the
Patient's Past Appointment
section, double-click the grid.
The
Procedures
template opens.
Search and select appropriate procedures and associated diagnosis.
Click
Add
and close the template.

View Existing Appointments from Add or Edit Appointment
You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window. Open the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window for the patient. Select the History tab. Appointment Book

Access the Procedure Order & Discharge Instruction Practice Template
From the File menu, click System/Practice Template. In Select Template, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All. A list of practice templates opens. Select Procedure Order & Discharge Instruction and click OK. The Procedure Order & Discharge Instruction practice template opens. Add Medical History
You can add medical history such as diseases, disorders, and surgical procedures of a patient. On the appropriate template, in the Medical History section, click Add. The Past Medical History template opens. Past Medical History template Note: By default, the Specialty field displays Orthopedics. In the Medical and Surgical panels, do the following steps for the options without a link. Select the desired check box. The details Details icon icon and a blank date field appear. Click the date field. The Date Selection window opens. Click the calendar icon, and select the date when the disease or disorder first appeared or when the surgery is performed for the patient. Note: You can also enter the date in the field. To add the documented details to the grid in the Past Medical History panel, click Add To Grid.
