Add PE Copy Forward Excluded Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select PE Copy Forward Excluded. The existing data set items associated with the PE Copy Forward Excluded data set appear in the grid. PE Copy Forward Excluded data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically appears. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from the resulting list. In Specialty, enter the specialty. In Template Name, enter the name of the template used for physical examination. In Field Name, enter the name of the field that is required to be excluded when you copy forward details. Click Save, and then click Close. The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Remove PE Copy Forward Excluded Data Set Item
