Edit Patient Safety Report Data Set Items

  1. On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Patient Safety Reports.
    The existing data set items associated with the Patient Safety Reports data set appear in the grid.
  2. Highlight a grid to modify.
  3. Click Update.
    The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens.
  4. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields.
  5. Click Save, and then click Close.
