Record Objective Information

In the Objective Information panel, select a previously documented goal from the list in the Linked to goal field. In the Objective field, choose from a list of objectives. The Objective field is required on this panel. An item can be selected from this list and more information typed or the list can be closed and a new objective typed into the field. Take notice of the counter for the Characters left to be sure that all of the data appears on the generated document. Set the Status. In the Start date field, select a date. Enter a Target completion date. If required, select an Adjusted target date. Set the IAP review date. Click Add. Manage Goals

On the Goals grid, set the Display status of filter to the desired view. Highlight the row to be modified in the grid. The information appears in the fields above the grid. Edit the information as needed and click the Update button. Note: When the IAP or BH Master documents are generated, the Goal Information panel data appears under the status or statuses selected by the user on the template. Manage Data in the Assessed Needs, Goals, Objectives and Interventions Grid

Navigate to the Assessed Needs, Goals, Objectives and Interventions panel. Set the Display status of filter to the desired view. Highlight the row to be modified in the grid. The information fills the fields above the grid. Edit the information as needed and click the Update button. When the IAP Review document or BH Master are generated, the Goal and Objective Status information prints under the status selections made on the template. Update an Edema Record

On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Highlight the row in the grid. Click Edit. The Edema details template opens. Make relevant edits on the template. Click Save. Parent topic: Document Edema Details

Add a New Objective for the IAP Review

To enter a new objective in the Goals and Objectives Status Section panel, click New Objective. The BH - New Objective template opens. Select a previously documented goal from the list in the Linked to goal field. In the Objective field, choose from a list of objectives or type a new objective. The Objective field is required. Take notice of the counter for the Characters left to be sure that all of the data appears on the generated document. Set the Status for the Objective. Enter the Start date. Enter a Target completion date. If required, select an Adjusted target date. Set the IAP review date. Click Save & Close to return to the BH - IAP Revision/Review template. Document Interventions for IAP Reviews

On the Intervention panel, click the Intervention field to select a value from the picklist. Set the Status to the correct value: Active Inactive In the Summary of progress section, select one of the following options: No progress Minimal progress Some progress Good progress Enter comments in the associated field. Click Add to move the data to the grid. To modify a grid entry, highlight it to populate the fields above with the data, make the desired changes and click Update.
