from the resulting list and then click

field and select the required data set item from the resulting list.

Remove Medication Billing Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then click OK. Click the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required record in the grid to remove and click Remove. Add New Medication Billing Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then click OK. The existing data set items associated with the Medication Billing data set appear in the grid. Medication Billing data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Click Category and select the category for the medication. If applicable, click Type and enter the type of category. The value entered is used to designate the type of intraocular injection. Click Med or J Code, and on the Select Procedure window, search for to select the desired medication and then click OK. Selecting the mediation automatically populates J Code with the associated J Code and vice-versa. Note: You must enter values in both Med and J Code for the correct submission of charges. Edit Nebulizer Treatment Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Nebulizer Treatment. The existing data set items associated with the Nebulizer Treatment data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close. On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan. The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EM psychotherapy. The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Add PT Modifier 59 Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select PT Modifier 59. The existing data set items associated with the PT Modifier 59 data set appear in the grid. PT Modifier 59 data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Code1, enter the CPT code for the first procedure. In Code2, enter the CPT code for the second procedure. In Modifier, enter the modifier as 59. Note: To bill the secondary service or the procedure that is not a part of the primary service or procedure, the modifier 59 is added. In Code Match 1, enter the primary code with which the modifier 59 is attached and sent for billing. In Code Match 2, enter the secondary code with which the modifier 59 is attached and sent for billing. Click Save, a
