Set Up Interview Questions Based on a Group

You can associate screening questions to a group of patients if those questions are associated to a display criteria. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Additional Questions to Display panel, click Group Name to select a name that includes the applicable question display criteria. Click Section to select a value from the resulting list. Click Question to choose from the list of questions associated with the selected section. To remove the data and start over, click the Clear button. Click Add. Save the practice template. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Additional Question Display Criteria panel, select a row in the grid. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Set Up Interview Questions with Display Criteria

In the Additional Question Display Criteria panel, you can configure criteria to display additional questions in the Interview Questions panel. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Additional Question Display Criteria panel, click Group Name to select from the resulting list. To add a new group name, double-click the top-blank row in the list and type in the Group Name field. Note: Additional questions are configured in the Additional Questions to Display panel. Click Section and select a section having a list of questions configured in the Interview Questions panel. Click Question and select a question from the list of questions associated with the selected section. Click Answer and select an answer from the list of answers associated with the question. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The documented details appear in the grid. Modify Patient Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, select a row in the grid. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Delete Interview Questions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select a row in the grid to be deleted. Click Remove. Save the template. The selected row is no longer available in the practice template grid and the Interview Questions panel in runtime. You may have to log out of the system and back in to see the changes on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Parent topic: Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions
