Draw Vagina Findings

You can draw the Vagina findings on the image using the Vagina link on the Procedure template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the Intake template, select the Procedures link.
   The Procedures template opens.
3. In Genitourinary, select the Vagina link next to the Colposcopy link.
   Note: You can also open the Vagina image in the Findings section on the Colposcopy Procedure template.
   The Vagina Image template opens.

   

4. Draw your findings on the image with the drawing tools.
5. Select Save.
   The Save Image File window opens.
6. Enter the image description.
   

7. Select OK.
