Document the Pap and HPV Details Template
The OBGYN Synopsis template enables you to view additional gynecological information. The OBGYN Synopsis template includes the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid to view, add or modify information.
The Pap and HPV Details template opens when you select the Add/Update Detail button. This template enables you to view the Orders module in a separate panel and provides the same functionality as the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid provided in the Abnormal Pap HPI template.
The OBGYN Synopsis template removes findings that are no longer needed or pertinent, adds findings that are appropriate for a quick OBGYN history synopsis, and adds a grid to display Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment Performed grid.
- On the OBGYN Synopsis template, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, select Add/Update Detail.
The Pap and HPV Details template opens.
- Expand the Lab Order Results panel to locate and view the Orders Module / Results tab details provided in the Orders module.
You can access a patient's Pap tests that is ordered and/or resulted using the Orders module. A Pap result displays in text information and does not contain specific values.
