Document the Client's Employment Status

  1. Expand the Employment Status panel.
  2. Under Current employment status, enter the Average number of hours worked per week.
  3. Enter the Reason for not currently employed in the If not currently employed section.
  4. If Other is selected, type an explanation.
  5. Select No, Yes, or Uncertain for the following items:
    • Individual served wants to work
    • Looking for work
    • Does the individual want help to find employment and/or further their education/training
  6. To document additional information about the client's work status, click the Comments field.
  7. Document the client's Employment History.
  8. To erase the information in the fields that have not been added to the grid, click Clear.
  9. Click Add to include the entered data in the grid.
  10. Highlight a grid row to populate the information into the fields above the grid for editing and click Update.
  11. To delete committed data, highlight the grid row and click Remove.
