Update Standing Orders
On the Office Diagnostics Setup and Management practice template, in the Standing Orders grid, select an Order Category. Select an order in the Standing Orders grid. The selected order details populate in the fields above the Standing Orders grid. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified data updates in the Standing Orders grid. Create New Standing Orders
The Office Diagnostics Setup and Management practice template enables you to create a new office-based order set to be used on the Office Service template. On the Office Diagnostics Setup and Management practice template, in the Order Category section, select any of the following options: Office meds Office procedures Office supplies Office tests Office diagnostics In the Order Details section, click Proc. Code and select the relevant procedure code from the list. The Order description field populates with the associated procedure description. You can edit the description in the Order description field. Note: The list includes the service items based on the selected Office Category. You can configure these service items in the Service Category Master File in File Maintenance. If applicable, click Side and select right, left, or bilateral option to determine the area the order is for. Select Normal range or Normal Value option. Access the Office Diagnostics
The Office Diagnostics Setup and Management practice template is used to configure and manage provider-approved service items (office order items) for office like medications, procedures, supplies, tests, and diagnostics. You can organize the service items into different sets of office-based orders to be used in the Office Services template in run time. From the File menu, click System/Practice Template. In Select Template, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, select All to view a list of practice templates. Select Office Diagnostics Setup and Management from the list and click OK. The Office Diagnostics Setup and Management template opens. Delete an Incorrect Order from an Order Set
On the My Custom Plan template, highlight the diagnosis. In the Order Options section, choose the Order Set from the Plan Type pane. Select On Row Select: Remove from Pending Orders. Do one of the following in the Pending Orders section: Click the appropriate order row in the grid to delete it from the set before selecting Place Order. Click Remove All. Remove an Order in the Order Hold Grid
On the Labs tab, do one of the following: Select an order in the Order Hold grid and click Remove. To delete all of the orders available in the Order Hold grid, click Remove All.
