Configure SNOMED Codes for a Condition or Management

  1. Click File and then select System/Practice.
  2. In Select Template, click All and then select Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx from the list.
  3. Expand the Condition and Management Configuration panel.
  4. Select a condition or management type.
  5. Enter a condition or management.
  6. To enter a code, click the Code field and then search for and select a SNOMED code.
  7. If a SNOMED code does not exist for a condition or management, then select the Code N/A check box to create a custom code.
  8. Click Add.
    The condition or the management you added appears in the grid. You can filter the records in the grid.
