Configure Categories, Questions and Answers for Addition Visit Information Template

The Additional Visit Information Config practice template enables practices to configure additional visit information. The Additional Visit Information Categories panel enables users to add, edit, and remove additional visit information categories as applicable.

The Additional Visit Information template enables you to collect additional visit information information from patients. You can access the Additional Visit Information template from the Additional Screening link in the Pre-Procedure Care section of the Hysteroscopy/Ablation/Sterilization procedure and the Family Planning Intake link in the Histories template.
