Button/Check Box	Description
Add/Update	Enables you to make changes to the documented problems by highlighting the problem in the grid. In addition, Add/Update enables the provider to add a new problem.
Clear	Enables you to clear the data entered in the fields.
Reviewed	Enables the provider to indicate that the review of the patient's documented problem is complete.

Patient's Problem List Review by Provider

Patient's Problem list

You can do the following in the Problem List panel: Electronically record, modify, and retrieve a patient's clinical problem list to meet Quality Reporting requirements Document a patient's chronic conditions and ongoing clinical problems. View problems from past encounters Update problem details To indicate that the review of the patient's documented problem is complete, the provider must select the Reviewed check box. Buttons and Check Boxes in Medication Panel

The following buttons and links are available in the Medication panel. Button/Links Description Add/Update Opens the Medication module that enables you to review and make changes to the existing medications. Prescribe New Enables the provider to add any new medications. Reconcile Opens the Medication Review template, allowing the provider to verify medications for reconciliation and document medication compliance. The following buttons and links are available in the Allergies panel. Button/Links Description Add Enables the provider to add any new allergy information. Update Opens the Medication Allergies module that enables you to manage the existing allergy information. Reviewed, no change Enables you to indicate that the allergy information is reviewed without any changes. Comments Enables you to add comments associated with patient's allergy. Patient's Problem List

You can manage a patient's problems. You can perform the following actions in the Problem List panel. Record, modify, and retrieve a patient's clinical problem list electronically to meet Quality Reporting requirements Document the patient's chronic conditions and ongoing clinical problems View problems from past encounters Add problem details Problem List You can also indicate if a patient's documented problem is completed and reviewed, and if there is any active problems. You can select the Include Resolved check box to include the resolved problems. Open Problem List You can access the problem list to document and view a patient's problem history. The following buttons and links available in the Vital Signs panel. Button/Links Description Add Enables you to add new information. Edit Enables you to review and make the required changes to the documented vital signs. Remove Enables you to delete a vital sign record. History Enables you to view the vital signs details in a tabular format. Graph Opens graphical views of the data based on the specialty and age of the patient.
