Create Default Set Based on a Current Set for Joint Aspiration/Injection Procedures

From the Joint Aspiration/Injection template, in the Defaults section, click the Load button to open a list of saved sets. Select the appropriate Set Name (on which modifications are to be made). Click OK to return to the Joint Aspiration/Injection template. With the desired default selected from the picklist, make the needed modifications in the relational fields. In the Quick section, click the Save button. Quick Save and Load on the Joint Aspiration/Injection template Select the same set under the Proc Quick Saves section. Click the Update button. Answer the alert: Yes – to overwrite the existing content in the default set No – to continue without revising the set Click OK. Access Joint Aspiration/Injection Template

There are several options for opening the Joint Aspiration/Injection template: To open Joint Aspiration/Injection template, do one of the following: On the Intake or SOAP tab, select the Procedures link. Under Biopsy/Aspiration section, select Joint Aspiration/Injection. Open Joint Aspiration/Injection template through Intake or SOAP From the navigation bar, click the Procedures link to select Joint Aspiration/Injection from the Biopsy/Aspiration section. Injections & Aspirations Provider Defaults

The Injections and Aspirations template has five panels, each of which can be set to document either injections or an aspiration. These panels all default to a procedure type of Injection unless configured otherwise for the provider. For providers who perform aspirations, you can use the Injections and Aspirations Provider Panel Defaults panel to configure provider-specific defaults for the Injections and Aspirations template panels. The Joint Injection data set item holds data for medication documentation and billing on the Joint Aspiration/Injection template.
