The Previous Pregnancy Problems link displays all the previous pregnancy problems of a patient. You can review the problems list and move a pertinent problem to the patient’s current pregnancy chart. The problem is added to the current encounter and not the associated notes. By default, the historical problem is set as active problem.
- On the Prenatal Detail tab, expand the OB Problems panel and select the Previous Pregnancy Problems link.
The Previous Pregnancy Problems template opens.
- To add to the patient’s current pregnancy chart, select a problem.
- Select Move to Current Pregnancy.
- Select Close.
