Many templates contain fields that are shared from a source template. For shared fields, you must specify the table and field names of the source template, not the table and field names on the target template. After you define a coded results mapping for a source field, all templates that have that source field as a shared field, use the same mapping.

You must verify all fields to specify the correct table and field names.

  - Access the template that has the field for which you are creating a coded results mapping.

  - Right-click any blank space on the template.

    A resulting menu appears.

  - Select Show Field Names.

  - Hover over the field.

A tooltip appears displaying the source table and field names separated by a dot.

  - Use the displayed table and field names while defining the coded results mapping for the field.

Note: In the tooltip, there may be additional text after the field name, separated by a colon. In the Field Name, include the text only before the colon.
