Edit Pre-Admisson Chart Check Tasks
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Pre Admission Chart Check panel, select a row in the grid. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Change the Order of Chart Check Tasks
The pre-admission chart check tasks in the runtime are in the same order as the tasks on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. You can arrange the order of the chart check tasks in the grid by sections or task. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Pre Admission Chart Check panel, select any of the following options below the grid to sort the pre-admission chart check tasks: Section - to change the position of a section in the grid Task - To change the position of one chart check task within a section Select a row in the grid. Click the promote or demote sort functionality below the grid. The selected section or task moves to the new position. Save the template. Parent topic: Configure Chart Check Tasks

Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Click Section and select a section from the list. To clear the chosen section, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a section name. Click the Question field to open a list of screening questions associated with the chosen section. The screening questions are configured in the Interview Questions panel. Configure Chart Check Tasks
The Pre Admission Chart Check panel includes a Section filter to view only the chart check tasks in the grid associated to the selected section name. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Pre Admission Chart Check panel, click Section to choose a value from the resulting list. To associate a new section, double-click the top-blank row in the list and type in the Section field. Click Task to type a value. To associate Patient Instructions to the current task, click Instructions to select an existing instruction to associate with the current task. To remove values from the fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. In runtime, the configured chart check tasks appear in the Chart Check panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Delete Interview Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select a row in the grid to be deleted. Click Remove. Save the template. The selected row is no longer available in the practice template grid and the Interview Questions panel in runtime. You may have to log out of the system and back in to see the changes on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Parent topic: Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions

Set Up Patient Instructions for Pre-Admission
The Patient Instructions panel includes a Section filter field above the grid to filter the instructions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, click Section, and then choose a section from the list. If the available sections are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type the section name in the Section field. In the Patient Instruction field, enter the instructions to be associated with the selected section. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The configured pre-admission patient instruction appears in the grid. In runtime, the configured pre-admission instructions appear in the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel on the ASC - Pre admission template.
