Map HCPCS Codes to Nebulization Solution
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Nebulizer Treatment.The existing data set items associated with the Nebulizer Treatment data set appear in the grid. Nebulizer Treatment data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In List Item, enter the solution name to be used in the nebulizer. In Qualifier 2, enter the amount of the nebulized solution to be used. In HCPCS, enter the procedure code. In Units, enter the number of units of the nebulized solution. In Rounding, enter a value that is used to calculate the number of units to submit with the J code for the nebulizer procedure. The Rounding value is used to round-up the value entered in Units when you submit the data for billing. Select Save, an

Edit Nebulizer Treatment Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Nebulizer Treatment.The existing data set items associated with the Nebulizer Treatment data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Select Save and then select Close.
