Open the
Document Mapping
system template.
In the
Clinical Note Mapping
panel, to remove a Crystal Report record, select the record from the grid.
Click
Remove
.
The record is deleted and removed from the grid.
Click
Save & Close
.

Update Crystal Reports Associated with Clinical Notes
Open the Document Mapping system template. To update a configured Crystal Report, select the record that you want to edit in the Clinical Note Mapping panel. Note: All fields in the selected record are available for edit. You cannot update the type of the document, for example, you cannot change Crystal Reports to NextGen Documents or Document Management. If you try to change the type of the document, then all fields are cleared and Crystal Report record is not available for an update. Make the desired changes. Click Update. Open the Document Mapping system template. In Diagnostic Report Mapping, to remove a Crystal Report record, select the record from the grid. Click Remove. Associate Document Management with Clinical Notes
Document Management files are available in the File Maintenance. The documents available in File Maintenance > Document Management > Document Types are fetched and listed when you select Document Management as the document type. Open the Document Mapping system template. In the Clinical Note Mapping panel, select Document Management. To select a document, do the following. Click the Document Name arrow. The Document Management List window opens. Select the desired Document Management. Click OK. To select a visit type, do the following. Click the Visit Type (optional) arrow. The Visit Type window opens. Select the desired visit type. Click OK. To associate a clinical note, do the following: Click the Document LOINC Type arrow. The LOINC Type window opens. Select the desired Document LOINC Type. Click OK. The corresponding LOINC code appears in the LOINC field.
