Update an Order Set

On the Assessment Plan Customization template, choose a Display option to filter the grid under the Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section by the Current provider or All providers. Depending on how you configured the order set, select the Diagnosis Group, Provider, and/or Dept fields to select a value from the resulting list. Select the order set to be modified in the Order Sets (My Plan / Custom Plan) grid.The Provider's Custom Plan template opens with the items included in the selected order set filled in for the different order types. Provider's Custom Plan window Make the required changes to the displayed order set. Select Save, and then select Close.The updated data displays in the grid. Create a New Order Set

The My Plan templates display all order sets that are available in the system, including those that are shipped with NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. The order sets can be based on a diagnosis group, provider, or specialty (department). On the Assessment Plan Customization template, choose a Display option to filter the grid under the Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section by the Current provider or All providers. In the grid under the Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section, right-click and select Add New. Assessment and Plan Customization window The Provider's Custom Plan template opens. Depending on how you want to set up the order set, select the Diagnosis Group, Provider, and/or Dept fields to select a value from the resulting list. Remove Order Set Picklists

In the Assessment Plan Customization template, Order Sets (My Plan/CustomPlan) DBPicklists data grid, select the Full List or Specialty List option.The grid is populated with the corresponding data. Edit Order Type Categories

In the Assessment Plan Customization template, Order Sets (My Plan/CustomPlan) DBPicklists data grid, select the Specialty List option. Select a specialty in the grid.The FC Orders template opens. Make the required changes in the fields. Select Save, and then select Close to return to the Assessment Plan Customization template. Remove a Clinical Reference from Provider's Custom Plan

On the Assessment Plan Customization template, Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section, select the grid row for item holding the reference to be deleted (has a chain link icon). Filter Order type as needed to find the order with the reference to be removed. Do one of the following options: To remove every reference for that order type, select Clear All. To remove a single reference, select Clear to the right of that row. Select Save & Close to return to the Provider's Custom Plan template.
